My daughter recently graduated from grad school with her Master’s degree in social work. She has a job, but she is not going to start out making very much money. She is going to be on her own now though. The apartment she found is really close to her work and very affordable. She has set up all of her utilities except for her cable. I usually try to help her with everything, but I am learning that she needs to do some stuff on her own so she can learn from it. She said that she wants to be able to find a good deal on cable. I told her to go to http://www.CableTelevision.net/ and look for a package that she should be able to afford. She called me yesterday and said that she found a package that she can afford and that they were coming to set it up the next day. I am so glad that my daughter is growing up and living on her own now. It makes me feel like we did something right in raising her. She is becoming a responsible adult with all of her own bills. I am so proud of her and I am looking forward to watching her mature even more. In the mean time, I am going to try not to baby her too much.
